Warranty Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Prungo is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.  If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.  Following the receipt and inspection of the returned item at Prungo’s warehouse, the refund will be processed promptly.

 

Returns Process:


RMA Requirement: To initiate a return, customers must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Prungo customer support.


Complete Returns: All returns must include the original accessories and packaging.


Refund Initiation: Refunds are initiated upon the successful receipt and inspection of the return.


Replacement Dispatch: Replacements are dispatched following the receipt and verification of the return.


Delivery and Return Shipping Costs: Refunded only in the case of quality-related issues.


RMA Validity Period: The RMA for a return is valid for 30 days from the issue date.

 

International Returns:

 

Returns from Overseas (Customer-Initiated): Not accepted.

Overseas Returns (Prungo-Initiated): Accepted for refunds only.

Warranty Coverage:
Prungo products are backed by a comprehensive 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, underscoring our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Warranty Inclusions:

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and faults in the original workmanship.
Replacement or repair of defective products is at Prungo’s discretion.
Limitations:

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accidental damage, or modifications.
Products damaged due to external causes, such as natural disasters, are not covered.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.

 

Warranty Claims:



Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of purchase to file a warranty claim.

RMA for Warranty Service: An RMA number, obtained through customer support, is required for all warranty services.


Documentation: Customers may be asked to provide a serial number, photographs, or videos demonstrating the defect.


Shipping Costs: Prungo covers shipping costs for warranty-related returns.


Exclusions:


This warranty does not extend to:

Normal wear and tear.
Damage due to misuse, neglect, or accidents.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Connection to an inappropriate voltage source.
