Return & Refund Policy

At PRUNGO, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you do not notice improvements after following the recommended usage guidelines, we will process a return or exchange (shipping costs excluded).
Recommended Usage: Use the device daily for 8–20 minutes over 30 consecutive days. If your pain or inflammation does not improve, please email us at support@prungo.com to request a refund.

Important Information

  • PRUNGO operates multiple warehouses, so the return address may differ from the company address. You must send your package to the specified return address after obtaining return approval.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed, and we are not liable for issues such as refusal, loss, or damage of such packages.

 

 

    1. Return and Exchange Conditions

       
          Eligibility:
    • Purchases made on our official website (prungo.com) by individual consumers, not businesses, are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.
    • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Contact PRUNGO customer support within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
           Condition of Items:
      • Products must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and include all original items from the box. Items returned without packaging or missing components will not be accepted.
      • Please keep the original packaging for at least 30 days after you get it.
      • Items damaged due to human actions post-delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

         

         

            2. General Return Process

               
                 Initiate Your Return:
            • Contact PRUNGO customer support to notify us of your decision to return the item.
            • You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and photos of the product in its original packaging.
                   Prepare Your Return:
              • Securely package the item, including all accessories, tags, and original packaging.
              • Ship the package to the designated address using a trackable shipping method.
                     Return fees
                • Shipping Fees: Unless the product is damaged or defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

                • Restocking Fee: For returns or exchanges initiated after 14 days from receipt, a $50 restocking fee will apply unless the product has non-human-caused damage.

                 

                 

                  3. Refunds

                  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will evaluate it for damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts. Any depreciation in value will be deducted from the refund.

                  • Refunds will be processed after inspection at the warehouse and issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

                   

                   

                    4. Order Cancellations

                    • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. To cancel an order after shipping, you must initiate a return after receiving the product.

                     

                     

                      5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

                      • Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours for resolution. Your satisfaction is our priority.
