Order Processing Time

 

All orders typically take 2 business days to process before shipping. Order processing will not begin until valid payment has been received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Post Office and UPS holidays such as New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. During busy periods or holidays, it may take a bit longer to process and ship your order. If there are any changes to the availability of items in your order while we're processing it, we'll notify you via email or phone call about any delays.

Delivery

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with details of the items in your package, and a tracking number. To track your package, visit our website and go to the Track Your Order page. Please note that sometimes it takes some time for the shipping company to update the status of your shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. If you do not receive your package, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. Late requests will not be accepted.

 

Change Shipping Address

 

We can modify the delivery address for you when the package has not been shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in transit.

 

Over Delivery Time
