Second time unit damaged

The first module I received would not charge I received a refund. After I left a negative review, I was offered to send a free replacement to improve my experience and maybe change my review .
The second unit arrived & although it is fully charged, it will not turn on. This is now the second time I have received a defective item.
Unfortunately, the device is completely unusable. Receiving two defective units is very disappointing‼️

A quality product

I have been using my Prungo FluxGo for a short time and am impressed with the ease of use and build quality of this product. Communication with the support team has been good. It’s too early to say if it will help with my knee recovery but I am hopeful for a good outcome.

Amazing for Shoulder and Back Pain

I’ve been using it daily for my shoulder and back pain. It has helped with the stiffness and tension I used to feel constantly. I’ve never felt this good after a long day!

Knee surgery recovery

I had knee surgery last year, and this red light therapy has accelerated my recovery. My knee feels stronger, and I’m able to walk without pain. It’s a small investment for a big improvement.

Very Comfortable

Great for muscle pain relief. It’s comfortable to use, and I can feel the heat soothing my muscles. I use it in the evenings before bed to relax.

impressive for arthritis relief

Being in my late 60s, arthritis in my hands and knees was really starting to take its toll. I started using PRUNGO on my wrists and knees daily, and after a few weeks, I’m amazed by how much better I feel. It doesn’t eliminate the pain completely, but it definitely makes it more manageable.

Aids in post-workout recovery

I’ve been using this red light therapy after my workouts, and I can feel a huge difference in my recovery time. My muscles don’t feel as sore, and I’m able to train harder the next day.

Skeptical but Surprised

I bought this with low expectations but was surprised by how much it helped with the stiffness in my back and neck. I use it every evening, and it’s definitely been soothing. The pain is reduced, and I feel like I’m moving better overall. I’m convinced red light therapy works!

Improves flexibility

I use it on my hips and lower back, and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in flexibility. It’s perfect for helping with stiffness, and I can feel the difference after each session.

It Really Works for Joint Pain

I’ve been using this on my knees and shoulders for a few weeks now. As someone who’s always on their feet for work, the PRUNGO device has brought significant relief. I can get through the day without my joints hurting as much. I also like that it’s portable and easy to use.
