I’ve been using red light therapy devices for gut healing and inflammation for the past few months, and the results have been nothing short of incredible. After years of struggling with bloating, discomfort, and gut-related fatigue, I was skeptical that a non-invasive light therapy could make a difference—but it truly has. The daily sessions with red and near-infrared light have significantly reduced my inflammation, and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in digestion and overall gut comfort.
What sets red light therapy apart is how gentle yet powerful it is. I didn’t have to change my routine drastically—just 10-20 minutes of targeted use per day, and the changes started becoming noticeable within weeks. Not only has my gut health improved, but I’m also sleeping better, experiencing less joint pain, and feeling more energized. It feels like the therapy is helping my body reset and heal on a cellular level.
For anyone dealing with chronic inflammation or digestive issues, I can’t recommend red light therapy enough. It’s been a total game-changer for me.
The Fluxgo has been an absolute game changer for me. I'm a highly active person, averaging 8-13 hours of cardio and 4-5 hours of strength training a week, focusing on running. It's allowed me to break the inflammatory cycle quicker for my injuries (really helped me with my recent lower leg and ankle running injury) and also allows me to recover quicker post exercise. I've also got one of two long term nagging issues that flare up occasionally due to intense activity (e.g. neck and lower back), but I'm able to stave off flare-ups with the red light therapy device, as soon as I notice those areas are slightly inflamed post activity or the following morning. It really actually works! You notice the improvement instantly. I usually do 8 mins light therapy on problem areas before activity and then another 20m strong therapy post activity on those problem areas for recovery. Also works just as well for general soreness. Seems too good to be true :) I've had the device for three weeks. So far, no side effects that I'm aware of, but I'm making sure not to use it more than twice per day on the same spot. It's not a miracle, the inflammation will come back if you don't treat the root cause, but it's definitely a game changer. My only concerns are whether the body will become overly reliant on it, but I don't think there are any studies that show that occurs.
For me, hunching over patients all day does a number on my neck and upper back. This has become my go-to for unwinding those specific knots after work.
I spend long hours at a desk typing throughout the week, and over time I started feeling soreness in my wrists and occasional stiffness in my knees. I decided to give this red light therapy device a try as a non-medicated way to help with these minor issues. The device is lightweight and easy to position over specific joints. I usually use it in the evening while watching TV, and it runs quietly without getting too hot. After a few sessions, I did notice my wrists felt more relaxed, and the stiffness in my knees eased up a bit. It’s not a miracle cure, but for regular use, it feels like a helpful tool to have around.
Somehow lost one of the straps while traveling. Contacted customer service, and they were super helpful in directing me how to order a replacement. Easy process.
A small detail, but the Velcro on the straps is really high quality. It holds tight and doesn't seem like it will wear out quickly.
Often these "included" cases are flimsy junk. This one is sturdy, well-designed, and actually protects the device. A pleasant surprise.
Love that this is portable! Being able to walk around and do things while using it is so much better than being stuck next to a wall outlet like with my old heating pad.
An old wrist strain from years of piano playing still flares up. Using this PRUNGO has made that recurring discomfort much less of a daily bother.
