The charging dock features overcharge protection, but continuous connection to a power source is not recommended. Once fully charged, the dock stops charging; however, if left plugged in, the battery will gradually discharge and recharge when the voltage drops below a certain level.
For regular use, modules can be placed back into the charging dock after each session without waiting for the battery to deplete. Alternating between two or three modules during use does not affect battery lifespan or charging efficiency.
Make sure the protective film at the bottom of the module has been removed. If it hasn’t, remove it and try charging again. If the issue continues, please send us a video showing the problem so we can assist you further.
