"The most valuable part is the pain relief from sore muscles and ligaments. But it's also just so convenient."
– Bradley, 36, Teacher & Parent

An Active Life vs. A Nagging Injury

I'm an English teacher, but my life outside the classroom is non-stop. I’m a parent to two kids and I’m constantly active—running, hiking, and training in boxing.  But I’ve always been held back by my left knee. After a surgery for a torn ACL and MCL, it’s just constantly giving me problems. Add to that the usual lower back pain from a busy life, and you learn to just live with a certain level of discomfort. I'd tried everything you're supposed to: stretching, supplements, following physical therapy channels online. Nothing ever seemed to deliver lasting relief.

Finding a Routine That Actually Fits

What's different about FluxGo is how easily it fits into my actual life. The convenient straps are the key. I can strap them on my body and relax or still move around and get stuff done. My routine is simple now: two sessions a day. I use it on my knee and back after my morning exercise, and then again at night while I’m just sitting on the couch watching Netflix. It’s not a chore; it’s just part of my day.

"For my back pain, it works pretty quickly. For the knee, it's about consistency. Using it every single day has made a huge difference."

The Ultimate Tool for Recovery

Now, I see the FluxGo as the ultimate tool for muscle recovery and managing old injuries. It gives me the confidence to train hard in boxing or go for a long run, because I know I have an effective, easy way to manage the aftermath right at home. My advice to anyone who struggles with recovering from sports injuries is simple: you have to try this.
