Customer service

I’ve had my prungo for about 2 months. I had a minor issue and the customer service is impeccable. I e-mailed them my issue and they got right back to me and we solved it. I highly recommend the prungo.

Still going strong

Just finished my fourth consecutive week of daily use. Continue to experience significant relief from chronic lower back pain. Hard to find someone who was more skeptical about this device than I was. Now, can’t imagine going without it.

Prungo gave me a second chance to perform

After using PRUNGO for a few weeks, I’ve seen incredible progress with my Achilles tendons. The persistent pain I had for so long is almost completely gone, and my recovery feels nearly complete. Tomorrow, I’m running a 25 km ultra trail — something I couldn’t have imagined just a few weeks or months ago.

Really Works

Absolutely love these devices because they really work. Results are instantly noticeable. Easy to configure for different parts of the body. They help with knee pain and make my knees feel more limber. I had a big bump, a quarter sized hematoma on my wrist from a medical procedure. They said it "might or should" go away. But it wasn't! Now after using this red light device on it for 2 weeks, it is pea sized and hopefully will be gone soon!

Update on use

Have finished my third consecutive week of daily use. After one week I was impressed and in disbelief that this was improving my back pain. But after three weeks, I am startled by the reduction in pain in my lower back and the increase in mobility. My wife is thankful that I’m doing yard work again too.

Helps with pain

I bought these from Prungo and love them. It has helped with tennis elbow and shoulder issues. Using on my knee now. I can wear them while driving or doing things around the house. It has really help with pain from sports.

Portable pain reliever

Small and portable. Area focus red light therapy module. It seems to reduce pain after a few uses. Well made product.

It Works!

straps are hard to slide on however, the Prongo is helping my hand and foot OA. I will look for a sale to buy more!

Easy to use. High quality device.

My experience with my Prungo device has been very positive thus far (I have had the devices for about 1 month). The devices are high quality. I have not yet noticed a reduction of swelling in my legs, but I can feel a sense of relief immediately after each use.The devices are easy and practical to use, because I can continue to go throughout my day without having to sit down as I use the devices.Customer support has been helpful if a concern comes up.I am hopeful for a positive outcome.

Very versatile and comfortable to use....

Red light therapy is new for us but something I wanted to try. Ordered the 3 light module setup for the best coverage. The setup comes very nicely packaged and includes the modules, straps, charge/storage box, and a USB charging cord. Also in the box are some basic instructions for use. The entire thing is very well made out of quality materials. You can definitely tell it is not just a $20 item that you use a time or 2 and then toss out. The straps do work well but they can be rather confusing and are a hassle to use. It is also a pain that you can't just leave the straps on the modules when the modules are being stored in the box. The red light therapy modules are easy to use once your figure the process out. Charging is also not that difficult via the included USB-A to USB-C cord. They don't get hot even on the STRONG setting – there are a total of 3 (MILD, MID, STRONG). The modules also give a soft beep when the cycle has completed. It takes some time to charge the box but it will recharge the modules a time or 2 before you have to plug it in again. We really appreciate that the entire process can be done with just the modules and charging/storage box and you don't have to download some questionable foreign 3rd party app just to use them. So, in the end they are not a miraculous cure but if you use the modules regularly for a period of time you can notice a difference. Overall they are a good tool to have in your pain management arsenal. My family has tried this setup on the lower back, ankles, and based on the positive experience there we will be trying knees, hips, and elbows....
