At this stage, 3-5 sessions per week are often sufficient to maintain the benefits. You can also use it on an as-needed basis.

Is it okay to use PRUNGO with other RLT devices?

Yes. If treating different body parts (e.g., PRUNGO on your hand, a panel on your face), it's generally fine. We advise against using multiple devices on the exact same spot immediately back-to-back to avoid over-stimulation. Spacing out treatments for the same area is a good approach.

We recommend starting with the MILD or MID setting to see how your body responds. You can then increase to the STRONG setting for a more potent treatment as you get comfortable.

What is the recommended way to charge the modules for optimal battery performance?

The charging dock features overcharge protection, but continuous connection to a power source is not recommended. Once fully charged, the dock stops charging; however, if left plugged in, the battery will gradually discharge and recharge when the voltage drops below a certain level.For regular use, modules can be placed back into the charging dock after each session without waiting for the battery to deplete. Alternating between two or three modules during use does not affect battery lifespan or charging efficiency.

My unit works great, but I can't get the modules to charge. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure the protective film at the bottom of the module has been removed. If it hasn’t, remove it and try charging again. If the issue continues, please send us a video showing the problem so we can assist you further.

Why are my modules only charging to 90% instead of 100%?

If the charging case is plugged in while charging the modules, they may stop at 90%. Try charging the modules with the case unplugged but fully charged. They should then reach 100%!

How do I know if the module is charging?

When a module is properly charging (either in the case or with a magnetic cable), the red light panel on the module itself will light up to display the battery level or charging progress. When it's fully charged, this display will show "100%".

The indicator lights on the charging case show the case's own battery level. If only some lights are on, the case itself needs to be charged. When the case is fully charged, all indicator lights will be solid.
