"It gave me back an ease of movement I thought I’d lost years ago. That's a big deal for me."

My Body Felt Like a Collection of Old Knocks
Between my years playing soccer professionally and my love for boxing now, my body's been through a lot. I’ve picked up a collection of old knocks along the way, and the main ones that stuck around were in my right ankle and left wrist. My shoulders would also get incredibly tight and sore after heavy bag work.
Honestly, it was just annoying. Some days I’d wake up and my ankle would be so stiff I’d have to "warm it up" just to move around properly. Or my wrist would ache after a tough session, and it just slowed me down. I tried the usual stuff like icing and physio, and they'd help for a bit, but the pain always came back. It felt like something I just had to manage.

Finding Something That Actually Fits In
What I needed was something I could actually stick with. The FluxGo was just easy. There was no learning curve, no complicated setup. I’d just throw it on after training, or at night before bed while relaxing on the sofa. Sometimes I'd even use it on my wrist while I was at my desk on the laptop.
I’d use it once or twice a day, depending on how sore I was feeling. A 15-minute session in the evening became my go-to, especially on my shoulders if they felt extra stiff from the gym. It just became a simple part of my routine, no extra effort required.

"I was very skeptical too, but give it a week and you’ll probably be surprised how much lighter your joints feel."
The Result: Training Without the Mental Brakes On
After just a few days, I really started to notice a difference. I'd wake up with less tension, and my ankle felt looser, like the stiffness was finally gone. My shoulders didn’t have that heavy, dragging soreness anymore, and my wrist stopped aching after boxing.
But the real change for me was mental. The most valuable part is not having to think about the pain first when I go to train. Before, there was always a little hesitation, a little voice wondering if an old injury would act up. Now, it's so much easier to warm up and get into my workout without that worry.
That’s the thing that stood out. This device has been amazing for getting my joints feeling comfortable day-to-day, which lets me focus on my training. It’s highly recommended.
