The Fluxgo has been an absolute game changer for me. I'm a highly active person, averaging 8-13 hours of cardio and 4-5 hours of strength training a week, focusing on running. I usually do 8 mins light therapy on problem areas before activity and then another 20m strong therapy post activity on those problem areas for recovery. Also works just as well for general soreness. Seems too good to be true :) I've had the device for three weeks. So far, no side effects that I'm aware of, but I'm making sure not to use it more than twice per day on the same spot. It's not a miracle, the inflammation will come back if you don't treat the root cause, but it's definitely a game changer. My only concerns are whether the body will become overly reliant on it, but I don't think there are any studies that show that occurs.
