I use it all the time. On gray days to feel better. On body core especially if a poor nights sleep. Feels great on feet and leg muscles after a run. Using on knees to keep running well past age 60. Feels so good just to have it on in the room sometimes. The panel is neat, clean, simple and even cool looking.

Though it comes with a pretty good user manual, I’m not sure how close you are supposed to have this to your body. Because of the brightness, you can’t really work, read or even watch tv, as you really must wear the goggles. It is very difficult to do anything with them on. I also haven’t used the hardware that is provided to hang the device. The hardware seems well made, and I’m sure can hold this device which weighs about 6 pounds. It’s very easy to use and easy to move around. It’s also easy to store if needed.

This light is very well built and solid. The quality very much impressed me. Easy to use with a setting to change the intensity as well as which lights you want. Good size unit that puts out a good amount of light. Wearing glasses made for red light therapy is a good idea. Build of the unit is very solid and feels to be of high quality. The red light performance is quite strong and matches that of the build quality. Light intensity/brightness can be adjusted via the buttons on the side of the panel. The included glasses are an essential to wear because the lights are bright! I love the included stand. The panel looks quite sleek so it blends in nicely with decor. Very happy with this red light panel.

This is great for the whole family to use to treat and heal the whole body. Easy to use by just plugging in and just standing or allow it to hit the trouble areas or just to be applied to the body for deep down light penetration.

This is an excellent quality red light device. I love that this has the controls and display on the side and not on the front so I can see what it says when it is on. It seems to work well and the controls are easy to use.

I love this red light therapy lamp. I have been using it every night for 20min before going to bed and it has been amazing. It is very nice quality, bright, and easy to set up and place anywhere. Great price also

This panel is kinda heavy so they include some heavier duty hanging pieces but I am using the kickstand. It lights up the whole room but the green glasses they provide with it work really really well. I don't know how it's going to work for the long term benefits but I know short-term my legs are not as stiff when I stand up now.

The light has good coverage with a stand that makes it easy to put it on a stand or counter!

I've been using red light therapy on my shoulders for a while now. With the small heating pad I had, I could only do one shoulder and then move it to the other. So it really required two sessions that way. This unit shines on my back, reaching both shoulders at the same time. It is very soothing and because it covers a wider area, it cuts my therapy time in half.

Let me first say this light is close to many of the professional places offering red light therapy. You have multiple options in terms of light. You’ll get the safety glasses which are critical. This light is strong, meaning anyone else in the room with you will need glasses. I’m using this for my neck and have it on while I’m working. The light is so strong that although I’m not looking at it since I’m at the computer and it’s behind me my eyes will start to burn. So, the glasses are critical!

Comes with hardware to hang it up but I’m using the built in one as it’s easier. I’m using this daily 4X a day! For my skin health benefits and then my chronic neck pain.

This is a really nice red therapy light. I’ve tried a number of these red light therapy devices now and this is definitely one of the best. The only other one I would say was better cost just over 2x as much.

It’s well built, easy to set up and use, provides a couple different mounting options and the light covers a good large portion of the body. Just make sure you wear eye protection when looking at the light.
