Order Processing Time

 

All orders typically take 2 business days to process before shipping. Order processing will not begin until valid payment has been received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Post Office and UPS holidays such as New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. During busy periods or holidays, it may take a bit longer to process and ship your order. Delivery

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with details of the items in your package, and a tracking number. To track your package, visit our website and go to the Track Your Order page. Please note that sometimes it takes some time for the shipping company to update the status of your shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. If you do not receive your package, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. Late requests will not be accepted.

 

Change Shipping Address

 

We can modify the delivery address for you when the package has not been shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in transit.

We are committed to providing a comfortable buying experience for our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Please make sure to contact us by email support@prungo.com at first.

 

*Please note that we have multiple warehouses, so the return address and company address are sometimes different. You must return the package to our designated return address after obtaining the eligibility for return. If the goods are returned without authorization, we are not responsible for the refusal, loss, damage and other problems of the package.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions:

 

  • All return items must include original packaging, tags, and must be in brand new condition.
  • All returns must include a return form, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
  • Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of delivery date.
  • Items that have been used, altered, washed or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

 

 Order Cancellations:

 

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate a return once you receive the item.

Prungo is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.  If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.  Following the receipt and inspection of the returned item at Prungo’s warehouse, the refund will be processed promptly.

 

Returns Process:


RMA Requirement: To initiate a return, customers must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Prungo customer support.


Complete Returns: All returns must include the original accessories and packaging.


Refund Initiation: Refunds are initiated upon the successful receipt and inspection of the return.


Replacement Dispatch: Replacements are dispatched following the receipt and verification of the return.


Delivery and Return Shipping Costs: Refunded only in the case of quality-related issues.


RMA Validity Period: The RMA for a return is valid for 30 days from the issue date.

Returns from Overseas (Customer-Initiated): Not accepted.

Overseas Returns (Prungo-Initiated): Accepted for refunds only.
