Financing-HSA/FSA

Initial Phase: &nbsp;When you are first addressing a more acute or persistent issue, consistency is key. We recommend&nbsp; 1-2 sessions per day, for 5-7 days a week.
Maintenance Phase: &nbsp;After a few weeks, once you notice an improvement in your condition, you can reduce the frequency. At this stage,&nbsp; 3-5 sessions per week &nbsp;are often sufficient to maintain the benefits. You can also use it on an as-needed basis.
