The light has brightness control, and it is VERY bright, so you definitely need the glasses that are provided. I like that it can be used on a table top and has a kick stand to hold it in place. Though it comes with a pretty good user manual, I’m not sure how close you are supposed to have this to your body. Because of the brightness, you can’t really work, read or even watch tv, as you really must wear the goggles. It is very difficult to do anything with them on. I also haven’t used the hardware that is provided to hang the device. The hardware seems well made, and I’m sure can hold this device which weighs about 6 pounds. It’s very easy to use and easy to move around. It’s also easy to store if needed.

I use it for my leg and I believe it help with the healing process. Simple to use and is better if you protect your eyes. Good quality device and I would suggest to research about red light therapy and understand the purpose of it and the precautions.
