Weekly "Check-in" Reward
Receive a $10 amazon gift card for every weekly feedback you submit on time. (Total potential: $80)
Mid-Point "Storyteller" Bonus
At the end of Week 4, the pilot with the most insightful feedback receives an additional $50 cash bonus.
Final "Completion" Bonus
Every pilot who completes the full 8-week journey will receive a final $100 cash bonus for their dedication.
